Returns & Refunds

Would you like to return an item? Here you will find the key information about the process. Your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and rights regarding defective goods, remain unaffected.

Return period

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us by email at info@innovision.gmbh. After withdrawing, return the goods without delay and no later than a further 14 days.

Returns within the EU

Send the goods independently, securely packaged and with sufficient postage. We do not provide a free return label; you bear the direct return costs. We recommend insured shipping with tracking and keeping the receipt and tracking number.

Condition of goods

Goods must be returned complete, clean and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging. Original packaging, especially shoe boxes, must not be used as the shipping box or labelled directly. Goods may only be inspected as they would be in a retail store. Compensation for loss of value may be deducted when appropriate.

Refund

Refunds are made using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or proof of shipment is provided. For a full withdrawal, the purchase price and the cost of the cheapest offered standard delivery are refunded. For a partial return, the price of the returned items is refunded.

Exchange

Direct exchanges are not available. Please place a new order for the required size or product.

Personalised products

Custom-made or personalised products are excluded from withdrawal unless defective.
